Checks Presented to Arnold High School Band and Surfside Band Boosters
On Thursday, March 13, the Krewe of Dominique Youx Foundation, our dedicated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, proudly continued its commitment to supporting the community by presenting donations to two outstanding local school bands.
This year’s King Mike Henry, Queen Mimi Morrow, and President John Trubia had the honor of presenting checks for $1,000 each to the Arnold High School Band and the Surfside Band Boosters. These contributions will assist the bands with their community efforts, equipment upgrades, and other essential needs.
The partnership between our Krewe and these bands goes beyond financial support. During our parades, the talented band members serve as wheel walkers, helping to keep onlookers safe as our floats roll by. Their dedication and energy truly enhance the festive spirit of our events.
The Krewe of Dominique Youx Foundation is proud to support these hardworking students and their programs. We are grateful for their commitment to both safety and entertainment, and we look forward to continuing our partnership in the years to come.
