Rental Rates
The back part of our Float Barn is our activity & meeting room. It is fully finished & trimmed out, complete with climate control and pirate-themed décor. We have a great stereo sound system, and 8 big flat-screen TV’s on the walls. The size of this room is roughly 5000 SF, and can hold 200+ guests (with room for more on our back porch). Room rental includes access to the bar (we have our own liquor license), 2 bathrooms, and plenty of Tables & Chairs for your group. We have low-round tables that seat 8-9 people per, we have rectangular shaped tables that seat 6-8 each, and we also have high-top round table (where 4-5 people can gather round, standing).

Member Rate
$500 (includes cleaning & setup). This rate is for all members using the Activity Room for non-Krewe related events

Non-Member Rate
$700 (includes cleaning & setup). This rate is for the General Public, renting the Activity Room for private events

Bartender Fee
$100 per bartender (up to 4). 1 bartender recommended per 50 people in attendance
*Additional Fees:
Bring your own Caterer – $50 fee
Corkage Fee – $20 Corkage Fee *for external Wine or Champagne only
Open Bar fee – $25 per person (minimum $700)
NOTE: Open Bar fee must be paid on head count in attendance (even if some guests are not drinking alcohol).
