KODY is a proud host for the “Pirates of the High Seas Festival”, which is held over the Columbus Day weekend every year at PIER PARK. Included in this Festival is the signature parade on Saturday, (October 12, 2024) which includes many pirate themed floats. If you want to enter your float in this parade, complete & submit the form shown below. 

Form Instructions

                update the form using any PDF Reader, save the updated form

2)Once you have completed and signed (2 places) the form, you can either: attach the completed and signed form to an email to 

                   our Parade Director

                   you can return the completed form to our Parade Director                     via the US Mail address reference on the form
